First Home Buyers

Buying your first home is both an exciting and nervous experience. The Government has made this process a little easier by offering two incentives for First Home Buyers in QLD.

1. A grant of $7,000 towards the purchase of your First Home. (This may be more in some regional areas)
2. A reduction in stamp duty depending on the value of the property. If the property value is under $500,000 and you have never owned property anywhere in the world before, you will not have to pay stamp duty at all.
